Stay postive. Trust God. And never give up on yourself.
Love yourself and know that God loves you no matter what. Even when you’re doing things He does not approve of, He still loves you. If you’re a Christian, keep your mind fixed on Jesus by reading the Bible and praying. Seek to learn how to live a life that is pleasing to God and how to love others. Trust God, and don’t be afraid to tell Him you’re trusting Him.
Don’t try to numb emotional pain with substances or habits that will ultimately work against you. Instead, turn your pain over to God and allow Him to help you through it.
If you’re not a Christian, find something positive and meaningful that helps you stay focused, grounded, and steady during life’s challenges.
